There weren't very many tall buildings when I moved to Austin and then they started popping up. As a photographer it presents me with the opportunity to see the beauty in the colossal steel and glass structures.

The Shelter Art Foundation http://www.shelterartfoundation.org gave a presentation at the Austin Animal Center on how to do high key photography of dog and cats. Here a few photos that I took. Colorado Hummingbirds

My nephew lives out in the country and I mean way out in the country. He likes the peace and quiet even if he has to drive a long distance to work. I spent a few days at his country house and I understand why he moved there. It is beautiful. He lives among the trees and wilderness. In his backyard he has two hummingbird feeders and they are constantly buzzing. Here are a few photos.

These are photos of my Dad and my Aunt Zona. There was not date on the back but I am estimating that they were taken around 1917. My Dad and Aunt Zona grew up in Cisco, Eastland County, Texas.
